Fire Door Installation
We supply and install third-party certified fire doorsets and fire door assemblies, including complete ironmongery installation and fire stopping around installed doors where required. Work is carried out in occupied buildings and live environments, as well as on new-build and refurbishment projects, finishing with full quality inspections and project handover.
Every installation is carried out by experienced, competent professionals and is fully compliant with current fire safety standards and manufacturer requirements. We deliver high-quality workmanship with minimal disruption to occupied buildings, and our teams work nationwide to support multi-site programmes.
Fire Door Remedial Works
We upgrade and improve the compliance of existing fire doors, including replacement of frames, seals, hinges and certified ironmongery, along with repairs where appropriate. We adjust doors to achieve compliant clearances and operation, and rectify defects identified through inspections or fire risk assessments.
This is a cost-effective alternative to full door replacement where suitable, helping clients achieve fire safety compliance while reducing disruption to occupied buildings. Our experienced teams are familiar with complex, multi-site remedial programmes.
Passive Fire Protection
We provide fire stopping around doors, walls and service penetrations, along with compartmentation repairs, sealing of voids and service openings, and installation of approved passive fire protection systems. All work is carried out on a compliance-led basis, in accordance with project specifications.
This protects building compartmentation and improves life safety and fire performance. We install using approved products and recognised industry best practice, supporting our clients’ regulatory compliance.
Security Door Installation
We install timber attack-resistant doors and high-security commercial doorsets, complete with specialist ironmongery installation, door frame installation and finishing, all coordinated with our clients’ security requirements.
